Process
Contact and Preparation
Please contact me via the contact form and describe your concern. I will contact you promptly, we will arrange an appointment, and couples will receive a short questionnaire from me. This helps to sort out the most important topics and strengths of your relationship, so we can start focused in the first session. If you wish, you can book a free, 10-minute introductory call online in advance.
First Session
In an initial meeting, we gain an overview of your situation and together determine which topics you would like support with. This forms the basis for a solution-oriented process. If you decide to have counseling with me, we will set your personal goals together. Often this first conversation already brings noticeable relief, opens up new perspectives and sets initial concrete changes in motion.
Further Sessions
We work on concrete everyday situations, and between appointments you try out small, achievable steps. This turns conversation into tangible change. On average, 3 to 8 sessions make sense. The interval between appointments is usually 2 to 4 weeks, usually shorter at the beginning and longer later.
Tools / Exercises
You will receive easy-to-implement suggestions for home. They are voluntary, can be easily integrated into everyday life and support the process between sessions.

Sessions cannot be billed through health insurance.
Appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee of CHF 100.–
